Here's Our Guarantee

If you buy one of our full size products for the first time and you don't like it, you can have your money back and keep the product. Just contact us with your order number and tell us why you weren't satisfied, and we'll refund you immediately. 

Please note that this guarantee is only valid if this is the first time you've bought a product, and your request is within 30 days from the date of purchase.  If you bought more than one unit of the product, you'll need to ship us the remaining unopened tubs so we can put them back into our inventory.  We will not refund orders which are due to misuse of our products.  ALWAYS READ THE LABEL FULLY PRIOR TO USE, do not discard the desiccant included in the container, and ensure you store in a cool, dry place.

General Returns

We are happy to issue refunds for returned orders, however, returns must meet ALL of the following conditions to be accepted:

• The product must be unopened and remain in sellable condition.
• The request is within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be returned to us at: Elemental Formulations 552 N. Webster Avenue, Scranton PA, 18510 and packed appropriately so it remains in sellable condition through transit.
• Returns will be reviewed upon receipt and refunded at our discretion.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
